BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are 3 of the 9 essential amino acids that make up human protein. BCAAs play an important role in preventing muscle damage and soreness after exercise, especially in less trained individuals and when protein intake is inadequate.
Take 1 capsule daily. Ideal as a dietary supplement or after intense physical training. Place the capsule in the coffee machine. The capsules are compatible with Nescafé® and DolceGusto® systems. Prepare the drink by diluting the contents in 100ml-150ml of cold water. Drink immediately after preparation.
