Shipping and Returns Policy

A. Introduction

  1. Under this Returns Policy, BETTERY, S.A., with registered office at Rua Dr. Francisco Torres, 78, 4750-160 Barcelos, with the sole registration and legal person number 515 963 330 («Bettery»), establishes the principles and terms under which You may return Bettery Products («Products») marketed through the website («Store»).

  2. You expressly declare to have read and accepted without any reservation this Returns Policy and the General Conditions before entering into any agreement for the sale and purchase of Products sold in the Store.

  3. Everything that is not governed by this Returns Policy shall be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions.

  1. The delivery times for orders indicated in the table above are merely indicative and may be extended in festive seasons or as a result of a higher volume of orders than usual.

  2. Deliveries will be made between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday, to Mainland Portugal, Madeira and Azores, at the address indicated by You for this purpose. SPAIN

  3. The shipping costs for orders equal to or greater than € 50.00 are free, without prejudice to its revision at any time by Bettery.

  4. For the purposes of this Shipping and Returns Policy, a “delivery” is deemed to have been made or a product is deemed to have been “delivered” upon the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address or the collection of the Customer’s identification data by the distributor and signed by the latter.

  5. Bettery refuses any liability for any delay or impossibility to process the order, namely in the act of delivery, resulting from an error or insufficiency of the data communicated by You in the act of registration.

C. Order Cancellation

  1. You may cancel his/her order by requesting it to Bettery via the email

  2. The right granted to You under the terms of the preceding paragraph shall be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.

  3. After the dispatch of the order, Bettery may, at its own discretion, accept the cancellation request, without prejudice to subsequently charging You any processing or shipping costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

  4. In order to cancel the order, You must indicate to Bettery, via the email provided in paragraph 1 of this Clause: i) the number of the order to be cancelled; and ii) the Tax Identification Number indicated in the registration process at the Store.

D. Returns

  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the General Conditions regarding Product Warranty, Bettery will accept the return of any Product(s) purchased at the Store, provided that they are in the same conditions in which they were delivered, in perfect conditions of conservation and use, have not been damaged or in any way consumed or tried, do not show signs of use/consumption, if they are totally sealed at the place of opening, with complete original packaging.

  2. Under the terms of the preceding paragraph, You have the right to return the Product(s) without having to indicate the reason, within 72 hours from the day on which You or a third party indicated by You, with the exception of the carrier, acquires physical possession of the Product(s), and Bettery shall bear any processing and shipping costs of the Product(s) that You have incurred as a result of the return.

  3. For the exercise of the right to return, You must contact Bettery using the elements indicated in Clause B, paragraph 1, indicating the data mentioned in paragraph 4 of said Clause and delivering the purchase invoice for the Product(s). Include Production Lot

  4. Bettery reserves the right to refuse Your return of any Product, as well as the refund of amounts paid, if it finds that the Product(s) returned is/are not in the exact conditions described in paragraph 1 of this Clause.

  5. The Product(s) returned in breach of paragraph 1 of this Clause shall be returned and delivered to the address indicated by You for its/their shipping.

  6. Upon verification by Bettery of the status of the Product(s) whose return was requested under paragraph 1 of this Clause, the amounts corresponding to the Product(s) returned shall be refunded through the same payment method that You have used in the original transaction.

  7. Bettery shall not be liable for the Product(s) that You may send without previous and timely communication, through the means indicated for this purpose, of the right of return granted.
