On the other hand, it may have neuroprotective effects on cells, reducing oxidative stress due to its strong antioxidant capacity. Ashwagandha, also called Indian ginseng or winter cherry, is a highly praised medicinal herb with adaptogenic action, which has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue and excess cortisol, as well as having a neuroprotective action.

- 300mg Ashwagandha Extract to help reduce stress and anxiety by keeping cortisol under control

How to Take:
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably after dinner. Place the capsule in the coffee machine. The capsules are compatible with the Nescafé® and Dolce Gusto® systems. Prepare a drink by diluting the contents in 100ml-150ml of hot water. Drink immediately after preparation.
