Protein Smoothie Bowl
Start your mornings with a delicious smoothie bowl, fresh, rich in protein and full of nutrients.
- 100 g of Frozen banana
- 100g of Frozen berries
- 30g of Plant Protein Bettery Powder Strawberry flavour
- 125g of Yoghurt alternative to dairy (soy based, coconut flavored)
Method of preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until a creamy consistency is obtained.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
