Microwave Protein Cookie

This single-serve protein cookie is not only easy to make, but it's also free from eggs, sugar, and oils; it's perfect for a healthy dessert or post-workout snack, and the best part, it's high in protein!


Method of preparation:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the peanut butter and stir
  3. Add water little by little until the dough is not so wet (add a little more oatmeal if necessary).
  4. Mold the dough into a circle on a plate and put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes at medium power.
