Oat Brownie

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender/processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper and pour in the brownie mixture.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
  5. Let cool and cut into squares.
