Oat Brownie
Craving sweets in the middle of the afternoon and can't find a healthy, low-fat, high-quality protein snack? Try this delicious high-protein brownie made with oats.

Ingredients (for 18 squares):
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Banana
- 40g of Honey
- 120 ml of Light soy beverage
- 45 g Cocoa powder
- 20 g 85% Cocoa dark chocolate
- 45g of Bettery´s Instant Flaked Oats Original
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place all ingredients in a blender/processor and blend until smooth.
- Line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper and pour in the brownie mixture.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
