Protein bars with only 5 ingredients

Have you ever thought about making your own protein bars? We share the recipe so you can always have a healthy snack on hand! With only 5 ingredients and in 15 minutes.

Ingredients (for 12 bars):

  • 200g Oatmeal
  • 75g  Plant Protein Powder Bettery Vanilla flavor
  • 85g Honey
  • 100g Peanut Butter
  • 120 ml light soy beverage 

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and add the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Add the soy beverage and stir until a smooth batter forms
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place in the fridge until solid, at least 1 hour
  4. Cut into bars
