Protein bars with only 5 ingredients
Have you ever thought about making your own protein bars? We share the recipe so you can always have a healthy snack on hand! With only 5 ingredients and in 15 minutes.

Ingredients (for 12 bars):
- 200g Oatmeal
- 75g Plant Protein Powder Bettery Vanilla flavor
- 85g Honey
- 100g Peanut Butter
- 120 ml light soy beverage
Method of preparation:
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add the peanut butter and honey.
- Add the soy beverage and stir until a smooth batter forms
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and place in the fridge until solid, at least 1 hour
- Cut into bars
